Where is that Winter Scale technician? When is he gonna be here to fix my equipment? I need to meet the service guy at the store, but don't know when he will be there?
We have great service, but sometimes you just need more information.
So, Winter Scale is offering a new feature that allows us to email you a link to a live look via GPS as to exactly where our tech is and when he will be arriving at your site. It will also have his picture so you also know who to expect. Next time you put a call into our service department (800) 875-7411, tell them you want to "Track my Tech" and we will forward the link as soon as they are dispatched. Unfortunately, at this time it cant be sent via text, only via email, either on your laptop/desktop or cell phone. Give it a try!
