Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company’s objectives.
• Effectively troubleshooting in a timely problem resolution.
• Maintain current with all mandatory training and testing.
• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
• Education/Training: Associates Degree or equivalent technical training.
• Electrical or electronic related degree.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as operating, programming, and maintenance procedures.
• Computer literacy required.
• Clean driver’s license.
