  • Stainless steel construction
  • Simultaneously clips end of one product and beginning of next product
  • Clips plastic, fibrous, or collagen casings
  • Casing size range: 40mm up to 120mm (135mm plastic casings)
  • Clip closure: fully automatic / stuffer controlled
  • Air needs: 6 bar (100 psi), 17.5 liters per cycle
  • Electric needs: 110v or 220v, 60Hz, 150 Watt
  • Strands two or more pieces without cutting
  • End of casing detector prevents accidental waste of product
  • Clips on spool hold thousands of clips for less frequent reloading
  • Output: Up to 25 portions per minute (stuffer size dependent)
  • Connects to any vacuum stuffer or Mainca hydraulic stuffer
  • Optional automatic loop device
