  • Stainless steel construction
  • Simultaneously clips end of one product and beginning of next product
  • Automatically cleans both ends of casing without product waste
  • Clips plastic, fibrous, or collagen casings
  • Casing size range:
  • Model H-2700: 1mm – 60mm (70mm plastic casings)
  • Model H-3200: 1mm – 85mm (110mm plastic casings)
  • Touch screen PLC control with remote access and programmable recipes
  • Air needs: 6 bar (100 psi), 7.8 liters per cycle
  • Electric needs: 110v or 220v, 60Hz, 100 Watt
  • Clips on spool hold thousands of clips for less frequent reloading
  • End of casing detector prevents accidental waste of product
  • Connects to any vacuum stuffer or Mainca hydraulic stuffer
  • Optional automatic loop device
  • Optional roller tray or motorized conveyor belt
